End User License Agreement
1. License grant
Wolfstone Studios grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Novaboard on your devices for personal or commercial creative work.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the software.
- Reverse-engineer or decompile the software.
- Use the software to create a competing product.
3. Ownership
Novaboard and all intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Wolfstone Studios. You retain full ownership of all artwork you create.
4. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms.
5. No warranty
The software is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Wolfstone Studios is not liable for any damages arising from its use.
6. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Brazil.
